Let’s be real, renovation process itself is complicated enough. At Dresid.com, our goal is to make the renovation process as simple and stress-free as possible. Our Money-Back Guarantee is here to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the Guocera’s tiles (“GSB’s tiles”) you received. If you are not, you may, subject to our terms and conditions, return them and we will refund you the purchase price for the GSB’s tiles (less transportation cost, if any).
When does the Money-Back Guarantee apply?
- Money-Back Guarantee applies to GSB's tiles only1
- Order and purchase of GSB's tiles must be made between 1 - 30 September 2020.
- Order purchased must be made by an individual 18 years and above.
- Return/Refund claims are made WITHIN 30 days upon delivery of GSB's tiles.
- Return/Refund claims MUST be done via Dresid.com

How does it work?

1. File A Claim
Go to Dresid.com > log into your account > Go to “My Account” > Click on “Orders” Tab >Click on “↩” (Return) Button on the Order that you wish to return > Provide the reason for your return (be as frank and detailed as possible so that we may improve and serve you better in the future) > Select how you would like to be compensated.
An automated email will be sent requesting for more information. Please reply back with the requested information.
2. Arrange Return Pickup Date
Within the next 1-3 business days of submitting your Return/Refund claim, our customer support will email you to arrange for the pickup of the returned Tiles. We only accept returns of a FULL carton of Tiles which must be in their original state and condition.
3. Get Your Money Back
On the day of the pickup, our driver will verify that the Tiles are in their original state and condition and matches the return quantity(s) specified. If there are any disputes, our driver will call our customer support to liaise with you. If there aren’t any disputes, we will process your returns and you will receive your refund within 7 - 14 business days from your receipt of our e-mail stating that the refund for the Order has been accepted.

Terms & Conditions - Dresid 30 Days Money-Back Guarantee
1. THE OFFER
|a.||The ‘Dresid 30 Days Money-Back Guarantee’ offer (“Offer”) applies to full carton of Guocera’s tiles (“GSB’s tiles”) purchased by you from Dresid.com during the period of 1 September 2020 until 30 September 2020 only (“Offer Period”), which are in their original state and condition.|
|b.||By participating, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from participating. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.|
2. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE MECHANICS/HOW TO CLAIM
|a.||If you are not satisfied with the GSB’s tiles that you have purchased during the Offer Period, please complete and submit the Return/Refund form on our Website within 30 days upon delivery of the GSB’s tiles to you. In the event a re-delivery is made due to unforeseen/unintentional circumstances, the 30 Days will, however, commence on the date of redelivery.|
|b.||To find the Return/Refund form:
|c.||Upon submission of Return/Refund form, an automated email (“Return/Refund e-mail”) will be sent requesting additional information from you. The information requested in the Return/Refund email are as follows:
|d.||After verification of images, our customer support will email you with a range of available return pickup dates for you to choose from.|
|e.||On the day of the return pickup, our transporter will verify that the GSB’s tiles are in their original state and condition and matches the return quantity(s) specified. If there are any disputes, our transporter will call our customer support to liaise with you. If there are no disputes, we will process your returns and you will receive your refund, based on the quantity(s) indicated in the delivery order which you have acknowledged during the return pickup, within 7 - 14 business days from your receipt of our e-mail stating that the refund for the GSB’s tiles purchased have been accepted . We however reserve the right to reject and exclude from the Offer any GSB’s tiles which we in our sole opinion, are not in their original state and condition. Such state and condition are to be determined solely by us and our decision shall be final and binding on you.|
|f.||The amount refunded will be equal to the net purchase price per full carton (as stated on the Website generated receipt) multiplied by the number of cartons (s) returned (as stated on the delivery order signed by you during the return pickup). There shall be no refund of transportation cost, if any.|
|g.||If you purchased the GSB’s tiles in conjunction with a discount or voucher promotion, we shall deduct the value of the discount or voucher promotion from any refund we provide to you under the Offer. Any voucher(s) used by you to purchase the GSB’s tiles during the Offer shall be replaced with voucher(s) of similar value by us.|
|a.||We reserve the right to reject any claims that do not comply with these terms and conditions.|
|b.||If for any reason the Offer is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Offers’ Return/Refund process, and, subject to any written directions given by a relevant Regulatory Authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer.|
|c.||We reserve the right to vary, extend, suspend or terminate this Offer at our sole discretion or if the Offer is not capable of being continued for whatsoever reason.|
|d.||Without prejudice to any other terms and conditions found in the Website , in no event shall we be liable for any damages or losses of any kind howsoever arising out or resulting from this Offer, save and except for our gross negligence as determined and adjudged by a final, non-appealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.|
|e.||To the extent permitted by law, save and except for our gross negligence or any liability otherwise imposed by legislation, any and all claims arising out of or in conjunction with this Offer, we, including our directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents and affiliates, shall not be liable to you for any indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, punitive damages, exemplary damages, damages for loss of profits, goodwill or reputation, and in any event any damages or losses which are remote and / or unforeseeable.|
|f.||If we are found to be liable for any damage caused by our gross negligence and / or statutory liability by a final non-appealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction, you hereby agree that our liability shall not exceed the sums that you have paid for the GSB’s tiles save for personal injury, property damage or death resulting pursuant to the said gross negligence or any liability otherwise imposed by legislation.|
|g.||Save as varied by the terms and conditions herein, all other terms and conditions found in the Website shall apply to this Offer.|
